Shipping and Delivery

— Order Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Sunday to Thursday).

— Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

— Kuwait Delivery: A flat delivery fee of 2.000 KWD applies. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days.

— GCC Shipping: Shipping costs for Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight. International delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.

— Important Note: Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes applied by their country for international orders outside of Kuwait.
